Arrival Day

2pm Check in and get setup in rooms.

Between 3 and 5pm – Venue familiarisation / amazing race / icebreakers.
6pm dinner and drinks plus go over all training times and meeting locations.

1st Day of Training

7am – Morning Training Session.
8:30am – Breakfast.
10am – Surfing lessons / cooking class.
12:30pm – Lunch.
4pm – Afternoon Training Session.
5pm – Yoga Session.
7pm – Dinner.
8pm – Massage / relax.

2nd Day of Training

7am – Morning Training Session.
8:30am – Breakfast.

Early morning mountain hike and breakfast.

7pm – Dinner at Barbacoa (One of the finest eateries in Bali) with a 3-course set menu.

8:30am – Morning Training Session.
10am – Breakfast.
1:30pm – Lunch.
4pm – Afternoon Free.
5pm – Massage/relax.
7pm – Final dinner and drinks at the villa.

7am – Last morning training session.
8:30am – Big group breakfast and farewell with prizes given out and group photo etc.
Final check in around goals, and plans moving forward!
12pm – Departure.

* Prices based on per person, twin share (share with another guest or bring a friend or partner). Prices don’t include flights; these will need to be organised by you. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to confirm your booking. FHL Retreats are seven nights, starting at 2 pm and finishing by 12 pm.
All guests are required to have travel insurance that covers all activities within the retreat.
